If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please ask to see the practice manager or submit a complaint in writing to the practice manager. This will be dealt with inside ten working days.
Most complaints are resolved by means of our in-house complaints procedure, but should you feel that we have not dealt with your complaint adequately then you have the right to make representation to the Ombudsman at the following address:
