Following recent media coverage we would like to reassure patients that we are seeing patients face to face if this is clinically indicated.

Patients may be triaged first before appointments are given to ensure you are seeing the right person at the right time.

A recent Audit showed that in the week 9th – 13th January 2023 we dealt with:

• 541 patients face to face and there were
• 587 telephone consultations with GPs and our Nurse Practitioners

These figures do not include phone calls/queries that went direct to GPs/Nurses.  In addition to this we are still processing prescriptions, dealing with incoming mail, referring patients, processing results, phoning hospitals etc. for our list size of almost 9000 patients.

I hope this information reassures you and we appreciate the support given to us to allow us to continue to offer as best a service as possible.
